Aluminum Alloy Series

Aluminum Alloy Series

Description
Aluminum die castings generally use metal casting. There are varying amounts of sand cores according to different parts, and a simple structure does not need core.
The aluminum alloy casting can be divided into gravity casting, low pressure casting and high-pressure die casting. Aluminum die castings with sand core usually adopt gravity casting and low pressure casting. The high-pressure die casting does not allow the existence of sand core.

Advantages of Aluminum Alloy Casting
1. Aluminum die castings are produced by the use of precision investment casting or lost wax casting process.
2. We can manufacture intricate precision machined products that many other foundries are unable to produce. All our aluminum alloy casting molds are built exclusively by hand.
3. We use only the best raw materials that are available in the manufacturing of our aluminum die castings.
4. Aluminum alloy casting can enhance automotive fuel efficiency by contributing to weight saving requirements.
5. Aluminum die castings are lightweight, but can withstand the highest operating temperatures of all the die cast alloys. Their strength, rigidity and corrosive resistance offer significant heat dissipating advantages.
6. Aluminum alloy casting is ideal for electronic applications, such as shields for telematic equipment and sensor housings, and safety-critical occupant restraint systems such as airbag housings and seat belt retractor spools.
7. Because of aluminum alloy’s excellent EMI shielding properties, thermal conductivity and excellent electrical performance, even in high-temperature environments, our aluminum die castings can perform well.

Lantyto® has the capacities to carry out sand casting, gravity casting, low-pressure casting, aluminum alloy casting, centrifugal casting, free forging and die forging as well as precision machining. Our aluminum die castings are used by many foreign companies, such as STIEBEL (Germany), SPEEDLINE (America), SIDEL (France), FOMCHINA (Italy), CCV (Canada), SUPER UNION, AVITOOLS and NORDIC (Singapore), HUVITZ (Korea) and FERROTEC (Japan).
